WOW! I can tell summer is coming. All these damn post about DNP,T3, HGH, Clen..will winny make me lean? No....fucking diet will make you lean! Do you really think when you see someone really ripped they did not suffer? Drugs do not make champions! Heart is what makes a champion. Genetics do not make a champion...will power does. Clen, DNP, HGH...all of it...will not do it without suffering and depravation. NOTHING IS FREE EVER! you wanna see the last 6 weeks of my contest diet last time and what happens to me in 1 week from now for Jr's?

Meal #1 1/2 grapefriut (I skip it most times) 3 scoops Muscle Provider, 1TBL flax.

Meal #2 3 scoops Muscle Provider, 1TBL flax.

Meal #3 8oz chicken, 1 can green beans

Meal #4 same as #3

thats it. That is what I have to do to make lthvys. 1800 cal a day about. I was 3.4%. 24 points off 9 skin folds for those who know what that intails. I am not bragging, I am saying suffer a little. its much more satisfying if you do the work along with the gear and really see the results you expect.

Basically...do not be fucking pussys! Train your ass off and diet it off. give your body good fuel. it will do what you want. read my sig;THE WEAK SUFFER WHAT THEY MUST, THE STRONG ENDURE WHAT THEY WILL!

I would HAVE to run at least some drol at 50mg a day with that or i would fall apart. I crumble after about a week on crash dieting (joint pain, terrible fatigue), but drol kept me going pretty well. Along with some aromasin, and plenty of cardio, i lost a lot of fat. Its not that bad with the drol though, makes it quite doable.

Here is the crazy part...50mg fina every 5 days and 100 mg primo every 10 days with 25mg proviron and nolva a day and 2ius HGH...thats it. Anymore and my weight went up! yeah it was terrible....OMG! its coming.... :rolleyes:

You don't take advantage of HGH, Clen, T3 ? Definitely diet first but these drugs are pretty helpful...

T3..no..HGH and clen...for sure. But its for nought without the right nutrition.
