I know I'm an idiot but feel free to lay into me about poor decision making.
I started a cyle of sust 250 about a month ago.
I intended to pin 125mg a week.
That didn't last a week. I probably did 500mg the first week. I quickly went to eod injections of 125mg.
Now I am starting to inject 250mg eod.
I feel great.
My diet is not great due to work constraints and having a strength and conditioning business on the side. I rush out the door in the am and drag myself home at 9pm.
I have ordered zone paleo meals to be delivered starting this week.
I'm 5'10" and weigh 185.
I CrossFit and strength train. Lots of olympic lifting and squatting.
After reading on here, I get the idea that I'm probably starting to do too much for my first cycle.
Also, I'm looking for more wind while training. I'm strong but my sprinting is not great.
The test has me feeling really good.
I've had several knock outs starting from the time I was 2 taking a swan dive out of the shopping cart and continuing through ice hockey, snow boarding and skate boarding knock outs.
I know I'm self diagnosing.
I'm competitive at CrossFit and want to make it to regionals next year. The open starts in March and lasts 6 weeks.
Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated.
How long should I run this test cycle?
Should I consider stacking something?
I've built up to 250mg eod so would backing off to 125mg eod be a good idea?
