already started 1st cyle ever. 40 years old. Of course now I have questions

I know I'm an idiot but feel free to lay into me about poor decision making.

I started a cyle of sust 250 about a month ago.

I intended to pin 125mg a week.

That didn't last a week. I probably did 500mg the first week. I quickly went to eod injections of 125mg.

Now I am starting to inject 250mg eod.

I feel great.

My diet is not great due to work constraints and having a strength and conditioning business on the side. I rush out the door in the am and drag myself home at 9pm.

I have ordered zone paleo meals to be delivered starting this week.

I'm 5'10" and weigh 185.

I CrossFit and strength train. Lots of olympic lifting and squatting.

After reading on here, I get the idea that I'm probably starting to do too much for my first cycle.

Also, I'm looking for more wind while training. I'm strong but my sprinting is not great.

The test has me feeling really good.

I've had several knock outs starting from the time I was 2 taking a swan dive out of the shopping cart and continuing through ice hockey, snow boarding and skate boarding knock outs.

I know I'm self diagnosing.

I'm competitive at CrossFit and want to make it to regionals next year. The open starts in March and lasts 6 weeks.

Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated.

How long should I run this test cycle?

Should I consider stacking something?

I've built up to 250mg eod so would backing off to 125mg eod be a good idea?

Please let me know if I've forgotten to add anything.
 
I would back it down to 250mg on mon and another 250mg Thur that's 500mg a week for a 12 week cycle.
Also I hope you know what pct is and have one planned out or all your pinning and training won't be worth much when you crash.
At your age you might want to see about trt.
 
Thanks. I am aware of PCT but unsure what the best route is. I guess Clomid is what I think I will go with unless there is something better.

my friend, why would you ever start a cycle without knowing how to dose it and not have a pct lined up? this is just really bad man... its reckless and dangerous...

125 mg of test a week is a trt dose and so if your running an actual cycle then its completely pointless... 375-500 mg a week is what you should be running... anywhere in between those numbers...

at this point, with what you've said, just stick to test only... you have no business even running the cycle you are on and definitely should not add anything else to it...

I think I already know the answer to this but i'll ask anyway... Do you have an AI? if not, you need to get aromasin to have in case of gyno... Sust will also bloat you up and aromasin will help with this as well...

Thanks. I have aromasin and clomid on hand. I see so many opinions.

Do I wait for signs of gyno or bloating to take the asin or take it as a preventive.

Forms is in the mail. Will that help with keeping the boys alive? I see talk about HCG.

N2 seemed to indicate that 500/week of sust is too low but recommended 1 pin. But I see a lot of other opinions about eod or 2x per week.

I'm also gonna call protein factory for unleashed and pcc. Is Bridge necessary?


I haven't l bloated at all. I've had sensitive nips but no puffiness.


I appreciate your opinions and advice. It's a bit confusing.

I listened to a friend to get started and quickly started digging more. I know. I'm an idiot and reckless.

typically for crossfit and those types of endurance sports you want to run 1-2X what the body produces on its own. bodybuilders meanwhile will run much more. so for you keep your doses light. if you go too heavy you will run into major issues with pumps and it can actually damage endurance.

i would also run a bottle of n2guard with it to help with the pumps and heart health.

and finally you probably know this but juicing isn't gonna make or break your success with crossfit, bodybuilding or any sport out there, its gonna come down to diet and working your ass off.. and of course genetics helps greatly.
 
Wow! Thank you! That seems like at 7mg/day = 28mg/week X 2 is 56mg/ week.

So that is not really a cycle? Can I just stay on that?

Can I just run 125mg/ week? For how long? Are there still gyno concerns?

^^^ run forma with test always. and pickup a bottle of hcgenerate during cycle to keep the nuts plump

i guess 150/week or 200 a week is good for your situation.

keep in mind when you come off your test levels could be suppressed if you do not prepare and have a nice PCT planned...
 
got forma in the mail now. Also have clomid and aromasin.

I will order N2guard, HCgenerate right now.

Would you also recommend the Unleashed and PCC combo.

There are a bunch of guys on here that know a lot more than me. But I can give you my opinion.

You will find plenty of people that pin Sustanon once a week. You will find plenty of people that do it twice a week, three times a week. Or plenty of people that do it every other day. From my personal experience, I don't like doing it once a week. I feel "weaker" after 4-5 days. I don't like doing it every other day either. If I wanted to poke every other day, I would use prop.

I love it at twice a week! That's where its perfect for me. One early on Mon, one late on Thu. I would agree with the advise above. 350-500 a week for your first cycle. Those amounts will give you great gains if you EAT AND TRAIN RIGHT!
