been sitting on the couch like a useless pud with nothing to do but workout my right forearm on my wang due to injuries for the last year. put in a whole week of muay thai (without 1 on 1 sparing) and feeling great..minus cardio.. thats was just piss poor. gonna up my weights from approx 50-75% max weight to bout 90% and hopefully fully rocking a 5x5 starting april 1st. back on the PHs shooting for october 1st providing no setbacks.
