Everything has gone up. It seems as if I can't keep my workout log correctly. When I log the weights on my sheet so I'll know where I want to start on the next workout "like raise bench up 5lbs next workout" then when I hit the bench again...the workout feels easy with the 5 lbs increase.
On Monday, I was working out with 290 @ 5 sets of 5...I got 2 sets complete and felt so good, I just thought I would play around a little. I put on 375 and hit it for 2 reps. Still felt wired and did 395 for one...but I just could not stop below 400, so I added 2-2.5lb plates and hit 400 for one.
I started jumping and going crazy, feeling outstanding, then believe it or not, I went back to the 290 and finished my other 3 sets.
Then added 5 lbs on my dips
added 10 lbs om my incline bench
and added 5 on my tricep pushdowns.
I was wickedly pumped and felt great...But I am sore as hell today.LOL
