We'll this was my first cycle ever. Stats 25y 5'7 150lbs 13% bf been working out for 6 years 5-6 days a week. Started very clean diet year and half ago. Trying to bulk in the winter and leaning out for the summer. I have maxed out my body naturally and with every over the counter supp there is. So I figured it was time to come over to the dark side. I did alot of research and found Tbol to be my first choice. I know its not really for bulking but everythign I read was about people gaining around 15lbs. So I started a 5 week cycle with 20/20/40/40/50. I have to say I was really hoping to put on atleast 10lbs, but i'm almost done and have added only maybe 4lbs to the scale. I really did not have any sides effects and really didn't start to notice a big diff until the 40mg ed. (As all my reading on here has told me that 40mg is the magic number.) I def have better definition and look slightly bigger. My strength has gone through the roof and I can put up some good weight considering my size, but I really can't figured out why I can't put on weight. I eat all day long (3-4k cal) and really would be happy with a clean 165lbs. Maybe my job! On my feet all day? Walk about 5miles a day? Stressfull? Maybe my diet? I would rather post my diet in here then the nutri forum as it seems theres alot more knowledge in here if you guys want to see it. But all in all it has been a good learning experience and will keep reading everythign I can on AS.
