Well, I added 20lbs to my previous DL PR and moved it up, but sadly couldn't lockout. It's still a pr since I couldn't have gotten it off the floor last time, and I'm sure i'll do the lockout on the next workout.
I am not doing any partials or anything for deadlifts yet. Once I hit 5plates than i'll work on improving the DL through other means. So far, I think plain old deadlifting will do.
5plates will be mine soon, but until then not gonna tell you guys what I DL lol.
