Almighty's r-ala Journal

The Almighty

New member
Well, with the recent release of r-ala by the AF Store there has been much speculation and, of course with any new product, much negativity.

After searching I found a few posts here and there on the subject of r-ala, but it seems that nobody has created a journal of their experiences, something which would be useful with a new product as hyped as this one. With that in mind, here I am.

Stats:
5'8
203 pounds
13%bf

Currently on cycle, just finished my last shot of eq, now I am running tren @ 112.5mg/ed for the next 6 weeks along with 1mg of arimidex eod. My goal is to get down to 8%bf while hopefully staying above 190-195 pounds.

I dont see the need to keto diets when cutting, so all I am doing is cutting back the cals/carbs slightly and keeping the protein high (moderate-low fat of course).

I plan on taking 200mg of r-ala with 3 meals every day, with another 300mg with my post-workout shake every other day.

I will update this thread at the end of every day to let everyone know of my experiences.

That's great, but how do you plan on distinguishing between whether it's the Tren and the diet that is helping you or the R-ALA?

I actually thought of that. I have used tren twice before, so I believe I would be able to distinguish what is going on inside my body when it comes to tren vs r-ala.

With tren, I dont get pumps just sitting around after I eat like many do when supplementing with ala, so hopefully that will be a clear indication, along with other ala sides (lethargy, etc).

I'm very interested in following this, bro - and thanks for taking the time to do this.

The research that I've read actually seems to support r-ALA; however, the 'proof' is always in the real world test. What something should do on paper is not always what happens when we put it in a person.

Are you going to be using ketosis strips, caliper tests, etc... and can you post your diet?
