True satch.....Im one of the 10%. Take superdrol by anabolic extreme..........They also have some other products like ergo max. I dont remember the names of the other ones.......Superdrol is amazing!!! I took it for only 3 weeks and gained 16 pounds. Strength went through the roof. I still have another 3 weeks in the bottle left. Im saving it to take in like a month or so. If you dont want to gain 16 lbs then dont take the weight gainer that I took with it.
 
Get a bunch of superdrol, I just ordered some so I can't say first hand its good, but I've heard MANY MANY people say its good! Check out the anabolix forum here for some other very good legal STERIODS.(superdrol IS a steroid, and is legal) Also if you want more of an outside omph, try running nolva at 20-40mg continually, it can really help boost your test levels when off.

I'm actually doing that... going to switch to LiquiDex when I run out though and experiment with that.
 
there's no feeling as the one you have when you are on. Pumps are incredible, stamina, etc. But now that you are natural you will have to adjust a bit. Diet needs to be in check as always. Protein, carbs and fat might have to be adjusted to meet your new state. Workouts should be adjusted but not that much. Since your strenght will probable drop somewhat, you will have to adjust for that. As far as days of working out you can keep your current schedule.

Remember that if you are on or off, diet is key.
 
I`m in that 10% setting up for my first cycle next week. 6`00`` 250lbs 20% bf. Outside of gray market sups. pro complex protein 55,glutimine,creatine and if you want a pump the combo of sci-fit nitrox and kre-alkalyn 1500 you should be really good!

Well I trained clean for over 16 years before touching anything. I'll tell you this you need to get all your meals in, get your sleep, and still train hard. When your clean you need to do everything right, be consistant and paitient and you should do well.
 
I work out 3 on 1 off. I focus on being consistant in my schedule. Sometimes I'll take 2 days off or reduce sets if I'm feeling a little run down. I track my food intake with fitday and make sure I'm hitting 3500 cals. I try to get as much protein in my diet as I can and focus on staying away from fat more than carbs. I don't use any supps or shakes, but I run different vitamins (mostly A and E) and zinc daily. I focus on drinking as much water as I can. Sleep is most important to me, so I try not to cheat myself of any. Nothing too special, but it's very effective for me.
