Looks like I'll be going natural for awhile. I was hoping I could collaborate with you guys who are having success naturally. Would love to know what is and isn't working for you guys as far as supps, diet, training, etc. goes. K for replies.

Clen , albuterol is all I've done.
A good workout training plan and good technique. 3-4 times a week and good intensity...

6 foot, 195 lbs., 6-7% bf. I just want to be able to maintain and maybe make some slow, steady gains without gear. I am coming of a mild cycle that got cut short, so I might lose a little over the next couple months. Would like to avoid any losses too.

Adjust diet and eat more, use clen. Do you have a fast metabolism? , cause 6' 195 is easily maintained naturally.

It's all about the diet and training... cycle everything like you would juice for increase gains. Supplements... eh, not many are cut out to be what they say as you probably know.

True satch.....Im one of the 10%. Take superdrol by anabolic extreme..........They also have some other products like ergo max. I dont remember the names of the other ones.......Superdrol is amazing!!! I took it for only 3 weeks and gained 16 pounds. Strength went through the roof. I still have another 3 weeks in the bottle left. Im saving it to take in like a month or so. If you dont want to gain 16 lbs then dont take the weight gainer that I took with it.
 
Get a bunch of superdrol, I just ordered some so I can't say first hand its good, but I've heard MANY MANY people say its good! Check out the anabolix forum here for some other very good legal STERIODS.(superdrol IS a steroid, and is legal) Also if you want more of an outside omph, try running nolva at 20-40mg continually, it can really help boost your test levels when off.

I'm actually doing that... going to switch to LiquiDex when I run out though and experiment with that.
 
there's no feeling as the one you have when you are on. Pumps are incredible, stamina, etc. But now that you are natural you will have to adjust a bit. Diet needs to be in check as always. Protein, carbs and fat might have to be adjusted to meet your new state. Workouts should be adjusted but not that much. Since your strenght will probable drop somewhat, you will have to adjust for that. As far as days of working out you can keep your current schedule.

Remember that if you are on or off, diet is key.
 
I`m in that 10% setting up for my first cycle next week. 6`00`` 250lbs 20% bf. Outside of gray market sups. pro complex protein 55,glutimine,creatine and if you want a pump the combo of sci-fit nitrox and kre-alkalyn 1500 you should be really good!

Well I trained clean for over 16 years before touching anything. I'll tell you this you need to get all your meals in, get your sleep, and still train hard. When your clean you need to do everything right, be consistant and paitient and you should do well.
 
I work out 3 on 1 off. I focus on being consistant in my schedule. Sometimes I'll take 2 days off or reduce sets if I'm feeling a little run down. I track my food intake with fitday and make sure I'm hitting 3500 cals. I try to get as much protein in my diet as I can and focus on staying away from fat more than carbs. I don't use any supps or shakes, but I run different vitamins (mostly A and E) and zinc daily. I focus on drinking as much water as I can. Sleep is most important to me, so I try not to cheat myself of any. Nothing too special, but it's very effective for me.

:idea: Ummm, I hate to be the one to tell you this but... Superdrol is a methylated oral steroid. Every bit as much as anadrol, debol, t-bol, etc... You are not in the 10% who don't juice, you are just a juicer in denile. Not that I am that against superdrol, but please...

And no, he's not fat, he's 275. He's still talking about the day he might do his first cycle.

It's hard being natural, but I figure if I can't gain and improve natty, I'm doing something wrong and juice won't help. One day, when I think I have the discipline and foundation, I'll cross over to the dark side :)
 
You could use a legal AAS such as Pheraplex and such, Designer Supplements makes a vast amount of strong, reliable legal AAS, ancillaries and PCT. PM me if you have questions, btw I'm still natural.

Um...I think I'd have to see it to believe it-along with the past few years of bloodwork. I've only met a couple teens capable of doing over 500 lbs on the bench(w/shirt) in my life and they were on enough juice to kill an elephant. Who knows? Maybe this guy is from another planet or his mom ate 5lbs of london broil a day during pregnancy?

Well maybe you should meet Kyle. He's the world record holder for a teenager in all three lifts and total. I know him and his trainer Mike Miller very well and he's natural. Like it or not. :)

He actually looks skinny in the chest area...

The problem with people believing him being natural is that the Team universe is a joke in terms of being a natural show.
 
For power=
Creatine Ethyl Ester at 4-6 grams a day
2-3 prewokout 2-3 in the AM

For recovery= Glutamine Peptides
30-40 grams in the AM 30-40 grams post workout

MultiVitamin

8 hours of Sleep

Protien from foods

Yeah unfortunately those gains will diminsh..some water and the increase of red blood cells. Not to mention your liver is taking a beating. :p

Last time I checked this board is about doing fucken steroids

If I were mentoring a teen powerlifter that wanted to go somewhere in the sport of bodybuilding or powerlifting, the 1st thing I would teach him is how to lie like a Sicilian Gangster about his roid use. I would tell him to never admit it to a soul to boost his marketability to natural supplement users. My biggest problem with him being natural is that according to his stats he's years ahead of others his age that aren't natural. As a coach, I'd support him in his natural claims whether or not he was. As a sponsor of his, I would do the same. Sorry for being skeptical, but you can't shit me cuz I have a plastic turd in my back pocket.

Then again, I guess it's somehow possible this teen is some genetic anomaly? I just think it's highly unlikely.
 
I COMPLETLY understand your point of view and mentality towards the kid. But I think almost anything is possible if enough time is put towards goals... what if he's got a nutritionist, trainer, someone to make him go to bed at 8pm, someone to feed him every hour... ect?

Who knows... either way it takes alot of work, no? I respect that a kid (I say kid.. only being a few years older and wiser lol) his age would dedicate himself in that manner, no matter juice or not, he trains his ass off I'm sure. Just trying to be more positive I guess.

Not a juicer in denile....I just didnt know. now I do. I guess im a juicer for 3 weeks out of 22 years........Does that even count though???

I've been doing this for 20 years. I know what a user looks like from across the room. I happen to know the people Kyle Millheiser trains with and his friends. So I don't doubt it for second. He doesn't have to lie, so he's lucky he doesn't have you training him and trying to convince him he should. He's already way past anyone you will ever train, and he's a good and honest kid.

These are his lifts when he broke the IPA records.

IPA WORLDS

squat 850
bench 630
deadlift 720
total 2200 biggest all time teenage total

And oh BTW he has vertical leap of 48", 50" when he tested for Div 1 football.

He's now 20, so no longer a teenager. :)
