would vin diesel be sexy if he lived in a trailer park, and worked at a gas station for a living? would brad pit still be a sex symbol if he was a cart pusher at wal-mart? would you have your car looked at 3 times a week if Ben Affleck changed oil there for a living? what separates these guys, from (hot guys you would see everyday of the week) you people act like these guys are gods and sex symbols and i don't get why unless it's connected to there $millions....i grant you that there are guys that think this about actresses, but not near as many, i know anytime i go to st. louis 1 out of 5 girls i see is a freakin super model. i dont want to make it sound like all women do this, but maybe you females or guys can shed some light on the subject.

Vin Diesel is sexy... Don't know why he just is . I don't like perfect looking guys. Yes, he would be sexy if he was not a famous actor.

Brad Pitt is not sexy, famous or not.

Ben Affleck is not sexy, famous or not.

Attraction is important-- but mostly at first. It's not like you see someone from across the room and think "damn, he's going to challenge my mind". The guys I've dated have varied greatly in appreance. While someone might look fairly yummy from a distance, if they have no aspirations in life and aren't going in the same direction I am, I don't see any point in wasting my time with them. I want a lot of out of life and for me to really be attracted to and involved with something, they have to fit into that picture. Dating for the sake of dating just isn't my cup o tea.

So no, people aren't as attractive if they have no drive in life and no passion. If they can't keep me on my toes, challenge me to grow, and be my friend, then it just won't work out. Very physically attractive people can open their mouths and become quite ugly if they are arrogant, ignorant, hateful, etc.
