Pin the test twice a week and run winny the last few weeks instead of the start.. that's how I would do it..

Because the test will cause increased water retention and winny will reduce it so it doesn't make sense to run it at the start

But Cyp can be used in a cutting cycle. Water retention is an issue for me to be honest, I'm expecting some obviously, but will such a low dose and a clean diet with plenty of CV surely I'm not going to carrying a lot?????????

If that's the case it's going back!!
 
The water will go at the end of the cycle.. best cyp is a long ester there is more potential for water retention than a short ester such a prop.. but prop has to be injected more frequently.. use a good ai and keep diet in check and water retention will be minimised

Also you should take arosamin throughout to counter the bloat not winny. Winny is for at the end to harden the muscle and push out the veins.
 
Thanks to everyone for the advice given to me in my last thread.

I'm all set and ready to start on Monday, looking forward to the next couple of months, to the point where I've booked six weeks off work to start me off.

testosterone cypionate 200mg/ml-20 ml
Stanozolol 10mg- 200 tabs

Wk1-12 400mg ( 200mg Mon&Thurs )
Wk 1-6 40mg of Winstrol

I put half a mil in my shoulder last night as a practice run to get the first time out the way and it was a piece of piss I'm happily to report.

Lets get it on!

So you got everything you need?


1 - Got your blood work #s? Most important to see where you start at. And 3 weeks post cycle to see where you end. Only $52 to have it done bro and absolutely no excuses not to.

2 - Got your support supps? Liver supp? Cholestrol aid? (you will or at least you should be eating higher protein and calories than normal and will want to be on the safe side) Saw Palmetto to keep that ol' prostate in check? No sense letting some random cheeky bloke pop it if it swells up.

3 - Finished an honest evaluation of yourself in the mirror and laid out a plan of what you are going to prioritize and devote the most energy to? All muscle groups do not grow at the same rate and effectively targeting those that will enhance your After image in relation to your Before image is the best plan. Nothing worse than someone spending all the money on AAS, blood work, supps, food and then rushing into the gym and trying to make bodypart explode which only taps into their CNS and grinds all progressive they could make to a minimal level by week 4.

Also, there is no reason you can't run winstrol the entire 12 weeks. Winstrol is an excellent choice for first cycles. I used it my first cycle and ran it for 34 weeks. I posted my labs the week after ending it and 5 weeks later and my #s were not blown off the charts like everyone claimed they would be.

Yes, I'm having blood drawn ( its costing me £159 for a full screening), and I have "everything that I need also. This isn't my first post.
