TEST PROP/EQ CYCLE

Hello everyone,

I really need your all experiences embedded within my first cycle. I don't want to start it unless I am 100% sure that I am walking on the right path. I've been working out for 4years, and I've achieved what I thought I wanted, but the problem occurs in here:
After 4 years of working-hard I dropped about 40kg of fat naturally[used to be 130kg; now 90kg]. My aim was to get the 6 pack that I dreamt of , and I got it except that I couldn't get the lower part due to the small excess skin I have in the lower part of my abs.
In short, I am 24years old / 90kg / 188cm [Aim: a little bit more muscular than a Beach Body], and I really prefer to keep a lean muscled look + to be in the safe zone side.

7:30AM - 12 eggs (1yolk),1brownBread,veggies,yogurt,1tbsp peanutbutter
9:30AM - 2scps Protein + 1tbsp peanutbutter
11:30AM - 7oz tuna + viggies
2:00PM - ChickenBreast+viggies
4:00PM - supplements + hit the weights
6:00PM - 2scps Protein + 1Fruit(usually banana) + 1tbsp peanutbutter+1/4nonfat-milk
8:00PM - 2ChickenBreast+viggies
10:00PM- 2scps Protein before sleep
NOTICE:Some supplements are not included within the diet here such as flax,omega....

Sat:Cardio(sprints)+abs

Week3+4:
Sun: Chest+Tri
Mon: Back+Bie
Tues: Legs+Calves+Abs
Wed:OFF
Thurs:Shoulders+forearms
Fri:HeavyDuty (heavy weights on weakpoints[no shoulders training])
Sat:Cardio(sprints)+abs

Week5+6:

[LowDosageCycle]:
week1-11:
sun-tues-thur => equipoise 100mg overall[300mg\week]
week2-12:
sun-tues-thur => test prop 100mg overall[300mg\week] or should I inject the 300mg on sun every week?

HCG(2500IU) for PCT:
week12:
Run 500iu for 5 days
leaves 2 weeks between hcg and pct, allowing hcg to clear your system and hormones to re balance which will let the pct meds do their job

WEEK14:
PCT: Starts 21 days after last injection of EQ.
PCTDay 1:
100 mg clomid
40 mg nolva
PCTWeek1-3:
50mg clomid
20 mg nolva

In addition, I got in hands test enanthate,test prop,eq,trenbolone
Is there a way to mix all these on 12weeks cycle. For example, I go little bulking(test enanthate) then test prop + tren at the end of the cycle for cuts. Or it's too much for a beginner to mix in the first cycle usage.


Should I change my workoutsSchedule per month, or just keep it as I mentioned above?
Is it an overkill for including the HCG in this cycle?
Am I overtraining by doing a lot of cardio? should I drop cardio on some days?
I dont want to get buffed, I want small solid gains + more cuts&cuts.

Criticize as much as you want, but please criticize and offer the solution at the same time if you can.

Nice job, fahlawa. You are obviously highly motivated and have done a great job. This is what every post looking for help with a first cycle should look like.

First some general points:

1.) Tren is too harsh for a first cycle.

2.) I would run HCG at 250IU twice weekly through the cycle.

3.) Test prop should be injected EOD (3 times per week like you posted is fine)

4.) EQ can be injected once weekly

Since you have test enanthate, I would pair that with the EQ since you will have to inject less often. Like this:

wk 1-12: 250mg test-E (split into two weekly injections)
wk 1-11: 400mg EQ (split into two weekly injections)
wk 1-14: 250IU HCG twice weekly
wk 15-17: PCT

While on cycle lift more aggressively; you will have the strength. Increase calories by 500 per day to gain 2kg per week. Stick with the sprints.

Can I split my cycle into two phases, where the first stage is for bulking and the second stage is for cutting because I already have test prop 10amp/1amp=100mg(enough for 3 weeks) and test E 10amp/1amp=250mg(enough for 10 weeks) + tren(enough for 1 month), equipoise 2amp.
Could someone help me stack and split the dosages of the package I got.

Is it good to go with this cycle?:
week1-10 EQ 200mg per
week1-10 test E 250mg per week
week10-13 test P 100mg 3 times a week
week10-13 tren 37.5mg EOD
should I increase the dosages?
is it good or should I just remove the test P + tren?

Trying to cut and bulk in the same cycle is one of those things that never works....Stick with one (diet/training being the determining factor) so you don't end up disappointed...

Stick with one test and run the EQ 12 weeks.....even that's a lot of compounds for a 1st cycle but you definitely don't need tren @ this stage....

One suggestion I would make on your diet is to get some carbs in you in the pre workout meal...

I agree, bulk or cut. If you really want to gain I would swap out the chicken for lean red meat. But thats just me. Try to reach for around 400g protein a day. even if your "bulking" if you eat clean you should still stay fairly lean.
I would not do the prop like you have it. I would simply hit it EOD and maybe bump that EQ to 400mg/wk to make the most of it. Or run test E at 400mg and EQ at 3-400mg throughout, and use the test prop weeks 1-4 eod as a kickstart. But if you dont have enough test E then running 250mg/wk and adding the prop on top of it will certainly work as well.
 
I don't want to mix them together guys, what I meant is to attach the prop to the end of the cycle to cut after bulking. Does it work?

A small dose of test with 400mg/wk of EQ will be a lean bulker.

Trying to cut at the end of a bulking cycle does not work well. And the longer you are on cycle, the harder it is to recover.

Just run the lean bulker, let yourself recover, then run a cutting cycle for your 2nd one if you need to.
