ALA Pills or Powder? Which is better?

It depends on the conditions of the substance - pills are generally hidden from oxygen more than powder | But eventually you will cap the powder anyhow.

The powder tastes BAD. Trust me.
Yeah yeah, I know..... everyone is like "screw that, I can handle a few little spoonfuls of anything"....... its not as much the taste per se, its that it burns... its like swallowing Drano or something. VERY nasty.
I will never buy powder again unless I get a cap-ing machine.
Now I am taking aprt some old caps that I have, dumping out their contents, and putting ALA in them. The powder is that nasty. Yech.
