Actualy if you find a supp you like and plan on taking it for a long time you can save alot of money by capping powders yourself

amen dude. i have a ton of r-ala powder and biotin i'm getting ready to cap and i guarantee you it will save me a shit-ton in the long run. i'm also capping my b5 these days too. if you've got a few minutes, it doesn't take too long to cap hellz of this stuff...
