The first week was tough because I've been in that stressed out go to work mood for so many years that I had a hard time adjusting and even got real depressed one day. But, now I'm loving it... I'll sleep until 2 p.m today, do some laundry and other household chores, maybe see the dr. for a physical, watch some t.v. and play on the internet. I'm starting to feel very young again. My workouts are getting easier because I'm not as fatigued when I get to the gym.
