I've broken many a home appliance in my day, esp. while on dbol, when I was new to AAS and not realizing how powerfully they were effecting my emotions. I smashed the shit out of a fax machine, several computer keyboards, several wholes in the walls. But I seem to have gotten a grip on that more nowadays.
My dog is my best friend, and a real indicator to me when I am getting pissed. He immediately senses it and comes over to comfort me, as if to say, "Calm down, Daddy." If I am really pissed, he goes and hides under a bed, and I realize what a schmuck I'm being and i go and get him and play with him and pet him to calm him-and me!- down. Think about the ones you love, and it really helps to setttle you down.
