Just wandering what I can expect. I have only been training hard for the last year. I am 30 years old. Is there anything I have really missed, due to waiting this long to get serious. I am safely loosing fat and keeping muscle at this time, 30% down to about 16%. Finally starting to have noticable shape in muscles.
Basicly how much will my determination be limited by age, if any, I'm all for juicing, but only after I hit the wall naturally.
