No not another BD thread as we know how good it is, just wanted to say after my 4-week BD/Tren0 cycle I have gained 8-9 lbs and have held on to them.
I am just at the 4 week mark into my PCT and want to thank you all for sharing your advice and opinions. If not for your help surely I would have lost my hard earned gains! I have learned the value of a well planned PCT for sure.
Went from 182 to 190 and BF guessing around 12-13% (got to work on this next, definetly a challenge when eating cafeteria food 3x a day here on post!)
My PCT consists of Bridge, HCgenerate, Erase, DAA, and Forma. My boss gave me a compliment the other day saying how "in shape" I am and leaner looking. Talk about a confidence booster!
