after injection pain

Im 2 wks in to my test enanthate cycle, all the previous injections have gone fine, some discomfort and stiffness a couple of days after injections.
But this injection in my quad is hurting like a mutha*****, I injected 250mg friday, saturday afternoon it was fine, then i went for a short bicycle ride, came home, put my feet up for an hour then when i attempted to stand up, i couldnt my quad was very painful, almost paralysed. It feels like its been hit by a truck, its all hot and swollen and sensitive to the touch.
I went through the injection procedure by the book, i washed the area with hot water and soap, then i swabbed the area and my hands with alcohol wipes. Wat did i do wrong? Anybody else had to experience this? and do u have any suggestions so i can avoid this shit happening again?

Was this the first time you injected into your quad? I wouldn't worry too much about it bro, in a few days you'll be fine

Its the first time ive injected in my left quad, the right quad was fine. Could that particular amp be unsterile?

hot and swollen ?? is there a red area there?? if so it could be an infection. I have had similar pains though, when I inject in my quads and ride my bike. Hurts like hell after.
