hello i run ckd for 8 week now i decide to stop ckd and start bulk agine next summer i will run ckd agine
what the good diet i have to flow to bulk but i don't want to gain too much fat
how about this diet
GET UP 7.00 AM
Drink MY COFFE
9:00
Break fast : HCA X2
4 Serving All-Bran Extra Fiber
250 Skim Milk
2 egg white
1/2 yolk
1tsp olive oil
(29protein)-(13Fat)-(41Carb)
Start My Cardio only 15 min and abs for morning
10:10
Post Cardio & Abs :
100% Whey protein "Water"
12:00
Snack : Vs 20 + Chromium 200mcg
Tuna In water
2:00
Launch : HCA X2
100 gram Fish
1 cup rice brown
1 Tomato
1 cup watercress
1 Gralic
1 tsp vignar
1tsp olive oil
(28p)-(12F)-(50C)
4:00
Snack A :
6 Egg white
1 Yolk
1 tsp olive oil
1 scoop met-Rx
Post workout: ALA X2 + Vs 20 + Chromium 200mcg
Malt = 3 Scoop
Creatine
+2.5 FRM post
Diner:
1 Tuna Can
2 White egge
2 Tsp olive oil
8 cup Pop Corn , Air poped ,
(30p)-(12F)-(40C)
TOTAL 180 protein - 50 fat - 180 carb
Calories 1850
My Ckd Calories Was 1500
do i need to increess calories . in bulk diet
im 75 K.G = 165 lbs
