after 4 weeks on gear...wtf!!

you need to eat a lot more. why spend the money on gear and have it go to waste. you obviously did not educate yourself about gear before your cycle. 4 weeks down the drain.
 
I'm no diet expert, but I think I found your problem- you eat one and maybe one and a half solid meals a day!! Like the other fellas have said, a granola bar or a protein shake does not constitute a complete meal. BTW, at least try to make your subway sandwich a foot long, the only person I know who still eats a 6' is my 130lb. friend.
 
also, don't space your meals so far apart. you have 4 hours with nothing in your body before you work out. . Add in a meal an hour before you work out. Make it a fast absorbing shake and a complex carb like oatmeal. Drink a sugary drink as you work out...

I know a few chicks who eat 6 inchers as well.

LOADED with trans fats!!!...not to mention sodium. Good thing
they make those for people who are dieting:D

this is my third cycle...i've been surfing this board for about three months trying to educate myself...after my first cycle i was up to 238#'s and did very well

this is my first attempt at a cutting cycle and thought that by eating less, it would keep the fat off...i was at 198# when i started

i put a post on the nutrition boards looking for a diet and it didn't generate much help???

now i know the problem...i will fix it...and thanks to all that replied...flame or no flame.

i just don't want to gain a bunch of weight...don't want my waist to get bigger!

no reason to get upset about it...it happens to the best of us,,switch suppliers and train harder next time that is all you can do:bawling:
 
If you eat clean you wont have a problem. I had a similar problem and all I did was up my protien intake and viola! strength started to climb in 3 days.

there are some good posts about protien intake and cutting.
 
what i don't understand is everybody says to eat a lot of red meat...but man, red meat has alot of fat...

so if i'm trying to cut, you would think to eliminate fat content which is red meat!!

but what the hell...i'll give it a try...i've got nothing to lose at this point

What kind of gains were you getting before you cycled? Steroids won't replace crappy diets and poor training habits. I hope that not case with you but it sounds like it. I received some fake shit before but I still was gaining a pound and half a week from the placebo affect.
