Diet ok needs improving but I'm going for size so some bads in it but mostly good
Goals mass and strength
Creatine and protein shakes included in training
Here is what I was going to do
X2 250mg test e per week
X2 Proviron per day
Just nice a simple to start with, the pro is for pct and I'm basically just looking to be able to push more weight and gain some size . Feel like I'm at a crossroad at the moment and want to take my training to a new level. I'm uk resident and my gear will be from someone who does competition body building so hopefully a trusted person, took me a while to earn his trust but eventually got there, this is what he suggested for a cycle, I haven't bought it yet but want to see what you guys think. Before anything he said to go get blood tests done and he thoroughly looked through it in front of me and they look good.
Just would like advice on what you guys think good/bad improvements etc?
