Advice on getting rid of two yr old gyno.

Any advice on how to get rid of hard mass under nipples would be appreciated. I was wounded in combat mid cycle and had other things to worry about at the time.. letro? Nolva? Will anything reverse or get rid of other than surgery?

I was in Afghanistan so all we could get was different test enanthate cypionate & propianate. Running all three differently based on half life

Letrozole at 2.5mg each day for as long as it takes. Run it 2 weeks past the lump disappearing. You may have to build up to the dose. Do it at night before bed.

Run prami with it at 0.5mg each day.
