Advice On First Dbol Cycle

Hey all

Been training religiously for 3 years years, made decent gains for first too. Been pretty much stagnant for last year, tried everything, nutrition, creatine etc, nowhere near the sort of gains i want.

Been recommended dianabol 15mg for two weeks 1 and 2, 20mg for weeks 3 to 5 and 15mg for week 6.

What gains do you reckon i will see?, currently weight 160 pounds lean muscle.
What side effects should i expect? Could i get bad acne on this stuff. (Had it when i was a teenager). any other nasties from this? . do i defo need an anti-estrogen? Will milk thistle protect my liver? will i keep most of the muscle gains when off cycle?.
Don't wanna use needles or be too dramatic with roids. Plus how long is it till this stuff won't show up on drug tests. (v. important).
Plus whats the best way to train when on this stuff?

The way I was told to do dbol was 2 one month cycles separated by 3 weeks each. The doses are plenty for your first cycle. Altho for a newbie, I wouldnt really go with dbol. Id go with something like test/eq or test/deca.

If not those, then add some deca at 300-400mg along the dbol
 
Can't say that I agree with dbol being your first cycle either. Go with test enanthate
or sust.
You'll get more quality gains, less water retention and you don't have to be
"too dramatic". A simple 500mg/wk is all you need. That can be done in one shot.
And it will be easier on the liver.

Because you can not do a long dbol cycle without serious side effects most of your gains will be from water, therefore you will not hold much of it. If you want to do AAS, then you must get use to the idea of injections if you want some try muscle gains or else you are wasting your time. Do more research...The more orals in the case of dbol you use the more likely you will do damage to your body. There is alot more to it but it will take a while to explain so you are better off doing more research yourself.
 
I agree with the Bros here. Youd be better off with a test coarse. If you do the Dbol cycle you will need to do PCT like any cycle and I wouldnt pyramid your doses theres no point. Just pick a dose and stick with it throughout. As for gains its all down to diet and is impossible to estimate. For sides just do a google search Bro and Dbol is hard on the liver. I wouldnt run it for longer than 6 weeks, Milk thistle will help but its not the wonder protectant. You may need an anti e you may not I cant tell you, Its whether your prone to gyno or not. If you do proper PCT you could keep decent gains but youd be better of with a test cycle of 500 mg per week IMO. Ive no idea how long Dbol would show up in a test, You need to do lots more reading if your asking how to train on roids.
