So I am 21 years old, 5'10" and 200 pounds. I have been lifting on and off for 4 years and finally I would like to take a cycle and get serious. I do not want to go too crazy and blow up. My goal is to get to 215 pure muscle while gaining some strength and getting very lean. Any advice on my best bet on my first cycle would be?
