Advice on first cycle

So I am 21 years old, 5'10" and 200 pounds. I have been lifting on and off for 4 years and finally I would like to take a cycle and get serious. I do not want to go too crazy and blow up. My goal is to get to 215 pure muscle while gaining some strength and getting very lean. Any advice on my best bet on my first cycle would be?
 
Doesn't sound like need a cycle just keep lifting hard and eating right use supplements for now and in a couple years be ready

i bolded your statement.. i will be blunt with you. if it was that easy to put on 15 pounds of pure muscle AND lean out by taking a pill then every person in america would look like Sammir Bannout. thats what bodybuilding is all about and the challenge presented to all of us. welcome to the board and this lifestyle/sport whatever you want to call it. steroids will not get you there without a lot of hard work and time.. at only 21 you have a lot of room to further grow so i would take your time and decide if this is what you want to spend time and money doing.

step 1 is to bust your ass in the gym.. that is the #1 thing considering your stats are of someone of slight build only and your not fat or too skinny.

step 2 is diet.

now someone who is fat or skinny then diet would be #1

once you master those steps then you can move on to steroids to bust you to the next level
