Ok well I havnt juiced in 5+ years. Then it was only test and gained me 35ish pounds, but made me bloated as could be.
I am 29 almost 30 yrs old. 5'6" 160 with about 8-10% BF. (got to love the abs!!)
I am looking to build in 2 major spots. My Pecs and arms. I have a naturally bigger back than my chest and I always feel it looks wierd. So I will concentrate on chest and arms. I will however get a full body in since I want some size on the rest of me.
What would you all say would be a good cycle? Looking for about 20lbs gain, but want to keep my abs showing also
