my cutting diet ( on NO AS)
meal 1
9-10 egg whites
1/2 c oatmeal with some splenda and 1/2c blueberries.
meal 2:
7-8 oz chicken
3/4 c brown rice
meals 3-4 same as meal 2
meal 5:
whey shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 6 and 7 :same as 2
meal 8: whey with all natural ppb....
i do cardio in the morning before first meal and sometimes at night. u can substitute lean turkey for chicken, and also fish. also i know i need more greens like broccoli , hate them but ill need to eat them for my precontest diet next year
