Advice needed - New Aussie Member

Hello,

Just wondering if I can get some advice on a course. We're very restricted here in Australia as all setroids are heavly illegal and very hard to get.

What i'm trying to do is gain some lean muscle and also loose some fat in the process so i'm doing medium levels of cardio.

I'm 30 years old, about 187bs and 6ft tall or 84kgs, i've done a few courses years ago and ended up with a bit of gyno in the process, which every now and then is a little pain full so i take some novedex untill it fades.

Now I have 18 x 1ml sustanon 250 / 25 Tabs of Proviron / Proscar and Novedex.

What i would like is to prevent any further gyno and possible hairloss with the proscar and novedex but I'm not sure about the levels and amounts of the other the get the best results.

Any help would be great.

You got a nine wk cycle of sus at 500mg wk.
Not enough prov to do much with and it thins my hair line very badly .
Ishould get a AI for on cycle gyno prevention and save your nolva for PCT .

Now more important is your weight 134 at 6" !!!! thats telling me you should get your diet sorted before you touch anything coz your just going to waste it all .
If you need a good bulking diet lemme know and well get it done for you .

What about your training ?

Thanks for the reply, my weight should be 187lbs or 85kgs.

I've trimmed down from 89kgs to 85kgs in 2 months, by just eating less carbs and more cardio. I'm aiming for the James bond body type nothing to over the top.

My training consisit's of 5 nights a week, of weights including heavy and compound excersises and cardio and circuit type on alternating nights.

On my previous course's using Test pro, Test LA, Deca etc etc i'll always managed to hit the 102kgs mark but a lot was just bulk and water.

Hence aiming for the james bond body, "Danial craig" not roger moore :)

Ok that sounds better at 187 , well the Danny Craig is possible will diet and training , what sort of cal's are you thining about to pull it of what are you eating now to drop 2kgs per month .
