Advice for my second cycle?

I'm 34 years old, 5'10" and currently at 177lbs with 11% BF. When I did my first cycle it was 450mg of primo and 75mg of deca added in for 12 weeks (I know that amount of deca did nothing) and 20mg of Dbol first 4 weeks. When I started I weighed 165lbs. This was after a year of training hard. A month after my cycle was over I was 185lbs but at almost 14% body fat. My trainer looked at the numbers and I had gained 14lbs of muscle and 6lbs of fat. As you can see I've reduced some body fat and my weight went down and I'm holding steady at 177lbs. While on this cycle I felt amazing and my sex drive was through the roof. I have gained 2" on each arm" 2.5" on my chest, thighs and calves. So very solid gains all over. It's been several months since my last cycle and I am ready for another one.

Since I had such a nice gain on the primo before and no sides at all I was going to run another cycle of that at 600mg a week. But I was also wanting to maximize my money vs gains and figured maybe I should add in some test e to this. My cycle would look like this:

primo-450mg a week
test e- 200mg a week
dbol 20-30mg a day weeks 1-4
pct of nov at 40/20/20/10

would I see better gains running this cycle or just use the primo at 600mg and be done with it. Or if you could suggest a better cycle. I know most people would say use 500 mg of test and be done with it but I am worried about sides on test alone. I am eating 3000 calories day and I supplement that with lots of protein shakes and bars so my total protein intake come out to over 200 grams per day between food and supps.

5'10 and 177 seems a little light, can you post your diet...sounds like your downing too many shakes/day...

I thibk you cycle looks fine. its your pct and on cycle sups that suck.

the last 4 weeks of the cycle run hcgenerate 5 caps ed.. with the nolva ofr pct run unleashed/post cycle 3 caps of each.

i think a better cycle would be
600mg primo
200mg test
20mg dbol
id run an ai in here also. especially the first 5 weaks

and i agree that the pct is bad. id add hcgenerate at 10 caps ed for 10 days right after the cycle then start the planned pct along with unleashed and the topical sustain alpha
 
Ok thanks guys I'll defintely work on the PCT portion. I'll grab some hcgenerate like you suggest and some amridex. As far as the shakes your probably right I do drink a lot of those at least 2 a day sometimes 3, although I don't use them as meal replacements it's just what I drink with my meals. I will tweak my diet for sure while on cycle, no point in using gear if I'm am not providing the proper nutrients my body needs to build muscle. My goals for this cycle are to hopefully duplicate the previous gains I had of around 14lbs of pretty lean muscle. I have no real desire for huge mass gains just quality, hence the use of primo as the main AAS in my stack. Again thank you very much for the advice guys very much appreciated and I will use it wisely.
 
I wouldn't drink any shakes with a big meal, I would keep it strictly for before and post - workout, then the meal a little later, with some carbs for recovery. Your diet might have to be tweaked to reflect the protein, lean beef, turkey, chicken, etc. Do you eat oatmeal at all for your fiber needs!! or any fiber supps?
