adjusting routine help

my current routine is...

Mon- Chest
Tues- Legs
Wed- Back
Thur- Delts/Traps
Fri- Off
Sat- Bis & Tris
Sun- Off

I want to jack up my bis and tris on this current cycle, do you guys recommend me adding tris or bis with chest and bis or tris with back, similar to the push/pull routine.... Ive been doing the routine above for almost 10 weeks and want to change things up and i really want to focus on my arms for the next 8-10 weeks... what you guys think, thanks ahead bros

depending on how many days a week you want to work out. i like the split

chest/bi's
legs
shoulders
back/tris

working bi's with chest, instead of back gives your bi's a nice work out twice a week. same thing goes for working tri's with back instead of chest.

i go 5 days a week.... i do bis and tris on saturdays, but dont want to overwork them, thats why i didnt know better to do chest/tris back/bis or chest/bis and back/tris

I agree with mwm5 and rage-of-sparta. Mwm5 routine should give the extra kick your arms need and working back and legs that close, as rage says, can hinder your progress, because doing rows while your legs are sore, or doing squats when your lower back is fatigued from the back training is asking for trouble...

gotchu thanks bros makes sense, days where i take legs day off i deadlift the next day alot heavier... but still doesnt answear my question or answear what im looking for... i want to add more emphasis on my arms for this cycle.... what you guys suggest i move around my routine?

I was thinking...

Mon chest + bis
Tue legs
wed delts&traps
thur back +tris
fri off
Sat bis tris
Sun off

would that be overworking my arms or what, ive been doing them once a week for past 10 or so weeks and want to change things up and also jack them up more than the rest of my body, my opininion they are my weak bodypart

looks to me like you might be overworking them. If u get your back and chest stronger than your arms will grow just due to the extra load that is being placed on them from those other two bodyparts. Look at powerlifters, they have some of the biggest arms and they rarely do direct arm work...

if you are working out hard, like you should be, four day split should almost be too much. You need rest to grow.
