But I read about 300 pages of white papers each week.
And it was hard for me to do that, work a full 80hour week, take care of my little girl and find free time.

Now it's a snap.

I have a pretty easy going doc, I just told him I needed something to keep me focused and he prescribed 30mgs ritalin ED.

A lot of people swear by the stuff. I have had a few friends that took it, and their grades shot up. Said studying was easy. I'm going to start taking it in January to study for a test. Only thing that sucks is I think you have to go see a psych. I don't want to do that. How it would look on a Medical record etc. I'll drive to Mexico first. There's been quite a bit of people that have used them on this board and posted about it. Try doing a search for the two, I'm sure you'll find a lot of helpful info.

I have had several friends, that have a very hard time focusing, begin taking it. It has made a huge difference in their studying...and they haven't said anything to me about weight loss. Even their grades reflect it. They have had no complaints whatsoever... Just don't take too much of it, and I really think it will help you out. It tends to have a calming/focusing effect on those who don't have ADHD or ADD.

you do know that adderall or ritalin can lead to paranoid schizophrenic like psychosis if you are

1. taking too much amphetamines for too long
or
2. prone to paranoid schizophrenia

well, im not saying if you take it reasonably & aren't prone to paranoid schizophrenia that you will get it.

amphetamine psychosis usually only happens when someone is on amphetamines for too long & takes too much.

but if you are prone to paranoid schizophrenia, the amphetamines may make it worse.

I hear you KAYNE, I too have been having trouble studying lately. I just can't. I get distracted too easily, so for my next semester I am going to start taking addedral. Go to msn and do a search, you will find tons of studies. Don't do the ritalin go with the addedral, I heard it's better. As far as side effects dependency is possible, but only if taken for too long and at high dosages. I was reading the reports and was amaze about the changes in peoples life. Also I think you get kind of depress when you get off it, not sure though. Do not use for long periods of time. I know there are a couple of Elite memeber that use it.

I was prescribed generic ritalin for ADD/ADHD, but didn't really feel anything at all, even at 10mg doses. Now, I'm looking for a doctor to prescribe adderall. In the meantime, I'm gonna order some adrafinil and aniracetam from one of the smart drug suppliers. I took piracetam/hydergine/DMAE stack for a few weeks but didn't notice a smart drug effect. For me, the positive effects took place in the gym, the stack dramatically increased my mind-muscle connection. I don't know exactly which substance is responsible for this, my guess is hydergine, or maybe even the combination, but really don't know.

Maybe the piracetam dose was too low and that is why I didn't experience much of a smart drug effect. I did not exceed 1600mg/day till the last 3-4 days I was on the stuff, and that is why I'm gonna order aniracetam..I hear it is 10 times more potent.
