lunch: tuna (adderllin with lunch)
dinner: 2 turkey burgers (GAMER YUMMMM)
snack: natural no salt peanut butter
workout: tennis & legs at the gym
-plate loaded squat press: 4 sets. First set 6 reps, second set 7 reps, last two steps 8 reps.
-leg extension: 6 sets of 12
-squat:3 sets of 6
-standing calf: 6 sets of 15
-seated leg curl: 6 sets of 10
-hip abduction/adduction: 6 sets of 8
I get tired at a decent time now. I took the adderllin at 1 in the afternoon. I started getting tired at 945.
I guess because my body is getting used to them I do not cranked anymore off of them.
Maybe I will try 1 and 1/2 this week.
