You do weighted dips?
I cant do turkey burgers.. Tried twice and nearly puked lol..
Assisted dips I should have said.
I can eat turkey burgers every day are you crazy!!!

Supps: Multis, fish oil, evening primrose, adderllin

Breakfast (11:30): cookie bar
12:30: 3 chicken wings (not breaded)
Lunch: carb-less tuna melt. Just melted cheese on top of tuna without a wrap/bread
Dinner: Chicken wings again with creamed spinach
Workout: Tennis
Adderllin made lartinos & I clean our whole apartment lol
