I had it in my right shoulder. I had my shoulder scoped, ortho shaved off 1/8" of both sides of the joint. 2 weeks no upper body work, 4 weeks intense rehab, new PR in bench 2 months later. It has been 2 years, no recurring problems.
Sorry to hear bro - I had some osteolysis on the end of my clavical too from back in the day lifting and playing ball (hurt like a b***), also damage to the capsule around the AC joint.... The doc told me unless I stopped lifting it was pointless to do anything about it cause one day it would have to be replaced with plastic....
So I said F it and worked on improving my technique.... its worked well so far....

Good luck. I give a lot of the credit for my fast recovery to a good Orthopedic who specializes in athletes and a progressive and intense rehab program. Just remember, work hard in the rehab, but do not come back to soonto full-blown lifting.
