acquiring powder

I am just wondering a few things about powders such as test cyp powder.

Are they available from a lot of sources or just a few? (my source lists absolutely no powders).

Is an online pharmacy a good or bad place to get a powder? Considering that I know the government keeps a close eye on pharmacies... your probably gonna say its a bad place to order from..... But I'd like some thoughts anyway....
I did a search and found a place in China but they want huge bulk orders, I just need 10-20 grams not 1kg lol.

And for those of you who have used them, did you like them, and what was your preferred method of use??

BTW: I did a search and it did help me somewhat.

I am just wanting to convert my own powders but need to get them first.
