Acne

Im having mixed emotions about what I should take for my acne but now I know what are my choices. I guess I will have to test it out and see what works or not.
Thank you guys for the info :)

Could be best to start at the cheapest/least side effects and work your way up to the daddy that is accutane. No point fukcing yourself up with accutance if a mix of vitamins will sort you out.

Is there anyway to prevent acne during a cycle? If not, is there anything that can reduce it.

Keep your acne prone area clean and dry. If its your chest, try to get some sun on it once a week.

When I began playing football in college, my acne kicked into high gear. My roomate was on accutane at the time, and I decided to give it a try (yes, without seeing a doctor or doing any blood work, which is fairly stupid because of the risks).

Most cleansers that I had used did not seem to get the job done. But accutane kicked the living crap out of my acne. It made my SUPER dry. If you get on it, make sure you have lip balm or chapstick on hand at all times (I hate putting stuff on my lips, but with accutane its a MUST). Be prepared for the drying out side-effects. Stay hydrated.

on another note.

Im on my second cycle in the last 4 months. The first cycle I did straight test and had minimal acne as a result. This cycle I am stacking deca/test and have began tanning regularly. That has seemed to keep my acne in check for the most part with minimal breakouts here and there.

I have been taking 10 grams of B5 a day for the last month (yes, 10 grams..not a misprint) and it has been clearing me up nicely. I used to have to rinse my face at least once every couple of hours b/c it would get oily, but now I don't have to rinse it at all. It feels like my face is no longer producing oil. I have only had about 3 pimples in the last month, which apparently is normal b/c it takes time to get all the stuff below the surface out. I am still breaking out on my back and shoulders a bit, but I'm also on test and tren. So far though I am very impressed.

I broke out real bad halfway through and especially during PCT on my back and shoulders. I tried the B5 method for a couple months, but it did zip. I forget how much I was taking exactly, but it was a high number. I showered frequently, tried almost every OTC acne medication, etc. Nothing worked until I got on accutane. About 3 months in, I noticed a big difference and by month 6 the acne was virtually gone - some scarring remained, but tanning fixed that up. Side effects - chapped lips, dry skin and dry eyes. I haven't cycled since, and probably won't, so I don't know if accutane is a permanent solution or if one needs to run it everytime they cycle.

According to my doc accutane stays in your system for up to a year and a half.

I still maintain that showering WELL 2 times a day with a good scrubbing soap, DIET!, keeping yourself dry, tanning helps, and proactive solution. Proactive worked wonders for me and at least 4 other people i know personally
