acne?

I've been on for a while now, and receptors are overloaded - so i'm going off for a while.

now, i've been getting alot of SHIT on the back shoulders / traps / back. not much of the zits, but like thousands of those little black dots. you probably know what i mean, i just dont know what its called in english..

so, does anyone know what i should do now to get rid of it? roccutane, accutane? b5?

Accutane will do it for sure, but its not the nicest drug out there. My friends used it and never got acne again even while "on", but he got more bloody noses than you could believe.

I wouldn't mess with accutane unless it's really serious, some people are affected by the sides (severe depression) more than others. You may just need to shower twice a day, and use one of those things chicks use, a "poof." Good luck.

I've tried all that shit, trust me...and it doesnt work. Doesnt remove em..

The accutane will do the trick....
just make sure you get bloodwork done on a regular basis while on (at least once a month).

40MG a day should be good enoug. I personally didn't get any of the bad side effects, nothing more then dry lips. but be aware that there is a possibilty of them...

and it's true. it kills your oil glands so when the acne is gone....
it's pretty much gone for good.

For those little black dots..... If you are talking about black heads. You can use two things. You might want to try a Apricot Scrub. St. Ives makes it, or if you really need to use what some women use on their faces.... which is a heating clay mask. For the most part, along with the showering twice or more a day, this should work.

I have never heard of anyone getting blackheads anywhere except on their face. Strange... Accutane's side-effects are way overrated by the way, but it might not be necessary for you since they'll probably go away by themself soon.
