Acne Remedies??

Guys,what do you use to combat acne during and after a cycle? Just curious??-THE PROTOTYPE

I have suffered with mild acne for 13 years now, I'm 26, and 2 years ago I was prescribed a 'new' topical antibiotic treatment by my Dr. It's great and has no sides, unlike orals. You just apply to your skin twice a day and that's it. It actually prevents spots before they happen, rather than treating any existing ones so it takes about 4 weeks before you become acne free. The stuff is known as Dalacin T here in the UK. Not sure about anywhere else.
