Acne is getting out of hand

I have been dealing with a lot of bad acne lately and I'm not sure what to do
it all started a few months ago when I ran a 12-week cycle
since then it has been a recurring theme for me. it seems to happen when I really get stressed out or if I get my skin irritated by some sort of allergy or reaction
are there any supplements that work to help with this?

It can take time to see improvements with acne treatment, so be patient and consistent with your skincare routine. It's also important not to overdo it with multiple products, as this can irritate the skin further .. Listen to Acne Podcast

I've never had it badly so I don't know other than strict hygiene practices

Use proviron as your ancillary and you won’t get it.
However because you have it I would stop your cycle or cruise until it goes.
A more extreme method is accutane but it’s expensive, takes a while to work and is not good for your health but it will destroy the acne and it will never return.

Shijat is exceptionally well tolerated and good for the skin , especially stress prone skin.
