Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Ok guys, i need some major help here. I was wondering if anyone has had severe cystic acne on the shoulders and some on the back. If you have, how did you get rid of it or at least only get just a few. I have tried everything. Currently on Minocycline and tried 2 other antibiotics which do absolutly nothing. I tried anything from Proactive, peroxide, partial bleach bath, B5 Mega dose, you name it and i prob. Tried it. I cant find a Dr to script accutane for me basically cause of the side effects and taking the test as my fault. I tried to dry my skin out to where i looked like a fish. After realizing my wife was right, i now try and keep it clean and use oil free moisturizer which seems to keep it down some. I realize in the beggining i was doing more harm than good by over drying now. Does anyone else have any ideas or have you tried Acnetame with severe cystic acne? If anyone could give more info i would love to hear it. Thanks!

I had a bout of really bad acne many, many years ago, in my late teens. I suggest that you see a Dermatologist.
I think i might try the kit as well. I have seen the Derm and he just keeps giving me diffrent antibiotics after i tried to tell him it wont work for me. Time for a new Dr i guess. So far my skin seems to be getting a little better. Who would of ever thought my wife would be right for once...haha... I just keep it clean with showers 3xday using Nutragena body scrub and moisturize when i get out and anytime i feel oily i use astrigent then moisturize and at night i use BP and when that dries i moisturize. I might have acne but the bumps look pretty dang good and so soft...LoL. I just dream to be able to take my shirt off once again!

I would search online to find some Accutane ASAP! I had bad cystic on my shoulders and back a few years and like u I tried everything. Nothing worked! I finally got the Dr to give me accutane and It finally stopped! I am now left with about 8 cyctic scars on each shoulder for letting it linger and poping a few. It sucks! If I would have just got accutane early I would not be scarred. Hibiclens is by far the best wash. U can get it at the pharmacy behind the counter. It works well for everyday acne too.
Accutane saved my skin a couple times too, even though the sides suck. 20mg ed is all you need for decent results. Stack that with needtos acne kit and your acne will be nearly gone within a month.

Vitamin B5 ( Pantothenic acid ) help me. I haven't had issues for a few years. I have heard good things from needtoos kit as well.

How about Epiduo cream. Its prescription and has a good reputation.

its real hard to get a derm to prescribe you accutane. They will give you everything thats available before they give you accutane. Best bet is to get some online

Trying to get accutane myself, have the same fucking shit going on on my shoulders and parts of my back. It makes some horrible scars on my shoulders, also when the sun is out and you tan it, it gets permanent. So sux when I have to wear t-shirts all summer to cover up the scars..

Hipacleanse...the pharmacist has it behind the counter but you don't need a script. It's basically a wash for surgical prep. Cleans the skin really well, use it just like a body wash in problem areas. Works well for me. Accutane has too many side effects, and who really wants to have to avoid the sun?
I think im going to try Hipaclense, thanks for the tip... Just an update, i saw my HRT Dr. And he seems to think its simple. Stop whats causes acne which is DHT. He gave me Finasteride and i have used it for 3 days and holy crap what a difference. He said DHT usually causes it in males and i have a high level of it in my body. Im going to try this for a month and see what happens. As far as gains, i hope im not going to have a hard time gaining now that i take it. Thanks everyone for the tips and this is my LAST step before Accutane.
