Accessing iphotos from windows?

So I had a friend email me a bunch of pictures from the weekend as well as a few from the most recent movie set I worked on, and he emailed them from iphoto. Problem with this is I have a PC (windows os) and I can only save tiny versions of the pictures by left clicking. Suckage. Any way around this?

Cue miplank telling me I need to buy a mac.

Bullshit like this is why I hate apple and refuse to buy into it lol

If that's the only way, I'll do it. But since some of the pictures of me I don't like but still want, I'm gonna see if my bro can put them to disk. If he can't, I'll pass them your way.
