Guys today I had the most brutal leg workout I have done in a while.
It was :
Nonlock Squats (going deep) 5 set x 225lbs x 20 reps. (YES 20 reps)
Superset with
Laying Leg Curls 5 sets x 110lbs x 20 reps.
After these 5 supersets, I did 5 sets of leg extensions 200 pounds for 12 reps.
God, high rep squats are just as emotionally draining as they are muscular draining. I had a designer whey protein drink at the gym, drove home and floated in the pool for about 30 mins, got out and immediately went to sleep when I lay down.
This hurts so bad that it actually feels good.
