Can anyone share with me there abdominal routine , I need a solid routine something besides crunches/medicine ball twists and leg lifts.

Weighted crunches on highest incline the bench goes and db side bends. Also squats and deadlifts (no belt).

I like to train abs while hanging. Side effects are improved grip and upper back strength :)

Here's some good examples

I never do ab specific exercises. Like Big BK said squats and deads and I do pull ups with my legs strait out in front of me, that always gives me a very good burn in the mid section. Weighted exercises will give them depth and cardio will make them show.. Just my 2.

I get more and more confused the more I read here.

What are ab routines? As a matter of fact, what are abs? Are those the damn things that get pinched in between my squat suit and belt all the time? ;)

I do the first 2, I will have to try the others.

I used to do weighted incline sit ups, got up to 60lb dumbell on my chest for 16. But on the way down my spine would pop put of place every rep so I had to stop. The only type of ab work (aside form heavy deads and squats) I can do is the hanging stuff.

That would be the beer gut... your abs are under that. :P

This ab routine I started two weeks ago, Im liking it so far. SaiBoT came up with it.

Its very brief which is good for me cuz I hate training abs but I really enjoy it.

Circuit A:
A1 Weighted Decline Situp x 8-12 reps
A1 Weighted Hypers x 12 reps

Circuit B:
B1 Hanging Leg Raise x failure
B2 Weighted Hyper x 12 reps

I do the weighted situps using the cable rope handle as I find if I put a plate across my chest I cant arch my back and crunch my abs together as effectively. I use a 45 degree back extension bench.

I like to do this guy's killer abs workout: YouTube - Killer Ab Workout

He has some other good videos too

His hard core workout in the link you posted might be okay for beginners. The videos at this sight give a much better example of how to integrate abs into a whole body workout: YouTube - rossenamait's Channel.

Also, don't underestimate how much olympic lifts (and other standing lifts) work the abs. Try doing a long ab workout (with heavy weight of course) and then olympic lifts. Your pre-exhausted abs will protest!
