cool. i hate them stupid things though i have one. i will give that a whirl. i have been doing doing just situps it seems to work not bad

Listen......jeez man..........if your diet is on point and you do intense core lift, your abs DEVELOPE...........you could do a 5 min. weighted crunch routine 3x a week and crush em...........
 
First make sure your diet's in check.

Then I would reccomend doing leg raises to hit your lower abs first then work your way up with some time of crunch motion.

For me at least, if my body fat is down low, I barely have to do em though.
 
Well I ain't got no 6 package, but I do pretty much heavy kneeling cable crunches, weighted incline situps, leg raises, and weighted ball crunches now and then.

Cable crunches and leg raises being the 2 best imo.
 
Try this, it works well for me
2 sets - bench leg raises with at least half your ass of the end of the bench
3 sets - leg raises
2 sets - alternating leg raises
2 sets weighted incline crunches or incline crunches with a broom stick behind your head.
2 sets swiss ball crunches
 
I used to do lots of ab work. Now I just do more squats, deads, etc. With my diet in check, my abs are in the best shape as they've been in 10 years. I do no direct work now and they have suffered 0! I believe it's all in core work and diet.
