Abs Workout... What do you do???

hi, pretty new here.

what do you do for abs and how often. personally, i do abs 3x aweek, and don't do that much and it shows haha. i do decline rotational weighted ball sit ups(10-16lbs) Also, i do leg lifts 3sets, and crunches on a big ball. if i did not eat like a hawg, i'd probably have ok abs.
 
i work abs 1-3 time per week in addition to squatting and deads..
usually heavy rope crunches and roman chair sit ups
 
If you want a good book for working abs, the one I love and use exercises from (as well as Men's Health Magazine) is 'Essential Abs', written by a writer from Men's Health. Great book, I recommend it to you.
 
I just beat the trash out of other movements like deads, squats and the like....Lift hard, eat right....the abs come anyways ;)

i have to admit, i get a pretty good burn in the abs durring:
squats
over head presses
deads

so like once a week i dome crunches and leg lifts

visibly not real different from when i was doing em 4 times a week
