Thank you for your understanding. I'd say it's near impossible, because it doesn't come from a pack or anything. It's not a standard meal. It's from hawker centres. It's hard to describe, but I hope you get what I mean. Anyway, it'd be better if you could post an ideal diet for me to follow. And also, could you go into more details on what exercises I could perform? Thank you very much. I appreciate it!![]()
Unfortunately, I've never been to a hawker centre, so I'm not familiar with the various food choices that you have available. The main thing I would tell you is to make sure you have some kind of protein with every meal - pork, chicken, seafood, etc. are all good choices. And again, make sure you're eating enough - at least 4 or 5 meals a day. Avoid sugars and you should be fine.
Fortunately, lifting weights will help put your body in a position to burn fat. For your exercises, I'd recommend you follow a plan like the Stronglifts 5x5, which can be found here:
Build Muscle & Lose Fat Through Strength Training | StrongLifts.com
This is a good program for beginners and will get you headed in the right direction. The squats and deadlifts will develop your abs (and everything else!) in a way that can't be replicated by situps, crunches, etc.
You may find it hard to be well rested and recovered for your weight workouts depending on how much activity you do on your other days. If that's the case, you might consider reducing the frequency of your cardio to 1 or 2 days a week at a lower intensity.
