I do abs on back and leg day, both of which are a bitch, and I'm not working hard enough cause I can do abs then? LOL! No freakin' idea....ya just gotta drive yourself through them!

What the heck are you guys doing for abs -- my ab routine absolutely waistes (no punn intended) my ass. Got to the point that I had to start setting aside a time by itself in order to them. Not a lot of sets (6-8), but they drain me. By the time I am done doing legs I have either blacked out on at least one occassion or puked -- I can't even imagine training my abs then.
