About to pass out

I was doing legs today and after sets my heart rate was really high and I felt like I was going to pass out.. I had to sit down after sets but still felt close to going out...

The heart rate is a pretty normal thing after a heavy set of legs.. but the near passing out? not normal..

I may have been a little dehydrated.. what do you think?:confused:
 
Dunno bro, I just puke....no passout feeling tho.
 
I get a little light headed and woozy feeling even if I'm not working out if I haven't been drinking enough water and especially if I'm low on carbs.

Low carbs and dehydrated for me is the double death. I rarely ever let that happen, but I remember pulling some long days at work and I just felt sick, tired, light headed etc from not enough carbs and water.
 
Whenever I take preworkout supps and do legs, I always get light headed and dizzy. Especially heavy squats or deads.
 
Could been a bunch of things
carbs very low,
water depleted,
low electrolytes,
over exhertion.
to name a few.

i think this pretty much covers all the reasons. when i get that feeling i go outside and get fresh air or stand by the fan, usually helps alot.

wait till you go even harder and get the instant headache that returns for weeks lol ive had that twice and its horrible.

Thank you all for the responses.. I suppose I am going with dehydration/over exertion.

I've been fine since, I'll see how this week's leg day goes. ^ ^
